Default Evans-tuning questions

I'm interested in buying the Hondata s300 and tune from Evans tuning. installed into OBD1 P28 ECU and Tuning is $1050. Can some one explain to me what the Hondata s300 installed into OBD1 P28 ECU, Boost Control Package, and Tuning is ?

your interested in buying something but you dont even know what it is... man you got some learning to do.

S300 converts the honda ECU to a standalone engine management system. you can tune several different parameters.

Evans just happens to be one of the most respected tuners in the us when it comes to honda's

Tuning is Getting the maximum performance out of your engine. helps keep it safe from Blowing up, Get better gas mileage as if it were not tuned

Nobody could answer you better than Jeff Evans about his ECU package, and there is a forum on his site......

yea if you were to look, jeff even goes into great detail about the s300 and what the package deal includes on his website. just requires you to look.

Just pay Mr. Evans his money and let him do his thing. I would trust him with my ride no questions asked.

You should learn at least a little something about what you are getting though.......how do you even know you need the s300 and tuning??.........

for knowing as little as you do, at least you picked an excellent tuner to go to. look around on his website your questions will be answered

Im not asking what s300 is... Obviously i know what it is if i picked him and that set up. I just wanted to know what that package was and if it was necessary for me to get.

As already stated nobody could answer your question better than Jeff. If you want to control your boost through your ECU then you obviously want the boost control package. If you dont want your car to blow up then you need to take it to him to be tuned, so you will need the package, and for that price I would do it.
