Default Engine wear and forced induction.

My 95 integra gsr has about 140k on it. If i decide to go forced induction in one way or another (drag 3 if turbo), should i be worried replacing rings, gaskets, or the clutch for that matter, with this kind of mileage? Also, what else should i be worried about replacing/beefing up on my car that would be a good idea when adding a turbo?
If this topic has already been done to death, which i assume it has, just say so or tell me where i could get some info. either on this board or otherwise.
Thx

you will definately want to do a clutch. Have a compression test done on your motor, and make sure your car is in good shape before adding serious amounts of power. This topic has been beaten pretty hard, so if you search, you'll find some info.

compression test and clutch.. You should be good to go if the compression test is good..
