so i have a stock b18c1 with 230k original miles i wanna rebuild it making it pretty much new then piece together a turbo set-up with other mods to put up around 400hp as a daily driver. I know i can have that as a reliable daily driver with that much mpower i just wanna know what people suggest in using for engine internals what companies are good and what not. This is my first car and first everything pretty much wanna do it good, wanna do it right, wanna save money if possible, so please anyone with any suggstion would be greatly appreciated so i can start ordering things and tlaking to my machanic. I already know about getting a good tune makes a big difference.
