Default eBAY boost controller ?'s

I was wondering if anyone's using any non name brand cheapo mbc's off ebay? I see there like 10$ shipped, and I was wondering how bad could they be? Or if there decent and hold up and a bang for the buck? pro's and con's?

I ran one for a year or so with no problems for the most part, after a while it started to leak. I ended up switching to a turbo XS which seemed to control boost creap a little better in the colder months of chicago.

For the most part from the past reading that i have done most people dont have a problem with them. The construction is simple, consisting of mostly of a spring an ballbearing which works as a bleed system which is overall quite efficent in most cases.

And honeslty as long as it doesnt cause boost issues the worst that happens is you blow your motor J/K, or waste $10...
