Well here is a pic of my dyno sheet.

I was hoping for 500whp but I guess I will settle for 426whp .
Going back to the dyno to get 500whp.

b18c @ 21psi

plot 1 - 4th gear pull
plot 2 - nailed it 2nd gear
plot 3 - nailed it 2nd gear.

This was on a clayton dyno.

What you guys think???

The manifold looks kinda whack,esp where in comes in cylinder #1 but props for something different ...is that a mustang TB?

Yes, all made in house. The exhaust and intake manifold.

The intake and exhaust manifold may look wierd because we are testing a certain air flow theory on each of them.

If you dont mind, where is a Clayton dyno found in the area...

Fuel setup? DFI?...

Im sure you can squeeze the extra Hp out with some tunning...

ralphy at drt got 460 at 22 psi out of my tegra with a 60-1 and stock b16 head w/2001 itr cams, stock block too

 

In house! man you get another could your guys make a similiar exhaust for my D? and how much would it cost,roughly?

 

I'll get 500whp, Next dyno session coming in a week or so..

but in any event, good numbers. Ralphy is a good tuner .

when do you get full boost with the 62-1?

 

I got full boost @ 6k, but we are still experimenting with the design of the intake and exhuast to make it hit bull boost faster..

 

i had full boost by 6500 on that 62-1 so your manifold and compression are definetly helping you out a little. wait till you turn it up to 26-27 lbs. you'll be over 500 easy. that thing is made for 28-30 lbs and hits hard as **** on the street. your gonna lose alot of wear on those tires.

 

what engine management?

 

Is the manifold meant to be equal length or what cylinder 1 and 2 seem to have shorter runner then 3 and 4, was is the idea behind it ...Looks wicked though and nice numbers whats the octane level of the gas your using..

 

This was on c16, for the dyno.

Compression is 10:1 81mm .

I can't wait till I got 83mm.
