Default Which turbo manifold with a D16y8 running a T3/60-1 w/.48 a/r.

Im looking to turbo a D16y8 motor a friend is giving me. I wanted to know if anyone one has used one of the follwoing equal length manifolds. Also what gains i would see if i where you use one of these equal length manifolds.
Here are the manifolds. If you have any other manifolds out there please tell me.

No, you just didn't give enough details about your setup/engine/goals/turbo etc...

Yeah, both of those manifolds have been used many times before but your gains depend on which turbo you are using, how many psi you are boosting, and which turbo manifold you are currently using...
