Default DIY Wideband Soldering Help

I finally got my stuff from DIY-WB.com I ordered 2 of the PC Boards to be safe and one parts kit. It took me about an hour to organize all the parts and tape them on a parts list for easy access when soldering. My question is that in the picture on diy-wb.com it looks like the solder is on the component side. I thought you are supposed to solder the component in place on the opposite side. It seems like there is already a ring of solder on the top side.. which side should I use? thanks

you should solder from the bottom side. the solder might have wicked through to the top. no big deal.
