Im in the market for an intercooler and came to the conclusion that the type31 intercooler will fit my 99 civic coupe the best with minor modification.

What are the dimensions... type31 owners ?? i may just go custom if i can find one with similar dimensions. thanks

 

id go with it, it uses the stock holes in the bumper and comes with directions

Okay I just did a search on Google ..

Type 31 dimensions: 195mm x 600mm x 76mm, so 25.4 mm = 1 inch

if I did it right ... :: drum roll :: 7.68 inches X 23.62 inches X 3.00 inches

 

The size of the Greddy Type 31 are:

Type 31: H186mm x L600mm x W76mm

Which is: 7.3in X 23.62in X 2.99in

I'm sticking with mine

 

that doesnt count the end tanks, that is strictly the core size, FYI. its about 30-31 inches long (w/ endtanks) and about 7in. tall.

that is pretty close to the largest (type 31) ive seen that fills the mouth of stock ek bumpers without major modification.
