Default dam, blue smoke again!!

i just got my clutch in today and redid my oil return line.. but shitz, i'm still getting puffs of blue smoke when i let off the throttle or drive in 5th at 40 mph (ie bogging the engine).. i've tried numorous ways to correct the problem, but still the smoke, it doesn't affect my performance, but surely annoys the drivers behind me sometimes.. i'm going to do a comp test this week to check the pistons and rings.. hope they're not the culprit.. better not be the turbo oil seals, i'll be dam pissed..

i also heard that if i run different oils it would help eliminate the problem.. i'm currently still running 5w30 on my turbo setup.. what other oil should i try.. btw, synthetic is not an option cuz of the price..

Try a 10W30 instead. I don't like synthentic personally even if I could afford it.

walmart sells gallons of synthetic oil for cheap.... i think its worth it, even if you have to work 10 hrs a month extra. forget oil... look at gas.... i spent $30 on gas this week alone.. i been driving so much...
