D16 Turbo Build, HELP me on my first build please
most turbo kits do not come with garret turbos but the edelbrock kit with the gt28r or the greddy kit with a t25. best place to look for a reliable turbo kit is go-autoworks.com. as for methanol injection its not a necessity.

But why do you need it if this is just a 350hp build? Overkill.
Dude. Go to the place that will be tuning this and talk to them.

Didn't I tell you to take everything off that list? First off you gave us a goal already, 350 to the wheels. Next, your state's laws regarding emissions. If your state has them, I can't help you. If not, you're golden.

why are the 1000cc injectors too big?
Even though they can't hurt they are overkill. If you're going to question every suggestion we give you just end the thread now.

ACL.
Motor mounts are not necessary but couldn't hurt. Hardrace is what I run.
Clutch. Exedy. Get the clutch that will hold the power. Don't buy into that "Stage" crap.

I have blown stock z6 rods at 16psi and blown them at 8psi so I would replace them.. If you go with H-beam you will have to notch the block

I have over a grand in my head alone, and its not ported and polished. Yes I would say good buy.
Stage 4 cam? Are you going to drive this on the road? or is it for the track only. With a stage 4 cam your idle will be f@%ked.
If this is going to be a street car I would go stage one or 2.
So you have or want an ITB.?
ITB are not for boost. I would just go with a Skunk2 intake manifold and no bigger then a 70mm TB. Too big of a TB can possibly chock the engine out.
Anything bigger then 660 on a D16 is just crazy, there is no need for it.
Yes port the oil pump and shimming it will make create higher oil pressure this sometimes is not friendly to the seals. 1 shim should be OK, but keep an eye on it the oil pressure. Here is some info

Yes you want this but if want to utilize the 1000cc injectors you will need a bigger fuel pump. Again there is no need for injectors bigger then 660 on a D16.
Hondata has a lot of support and options. the s300 can be tuned on the fly, this is a major plus. If you got the bucks go for a AEM standalone.
I have eCtune, Its basically chrome modified. There are a lot of base maps you can download. Not as user friendly as Hondata but cheaper and gets the job done just as well.

and no sorry that was wrong its not an itb its just ported and polished
only reason im planning on the 1000cc injectors and aem fuel rail is cus they come in a pack
so i should keep stock fuel rail (not a high flow one?)
and get 660cc injectors?
