Im a little confused with what you are trying to say...

The p28 is the correct ECU to run w/ the D16z6 motor. Get it, and chip it with whatever program you want to use (Crome, Uberdata, Neptune, etc).

If it's got a Hondata basemap in it, it's already chipped. You can load a d16z6 basemap in there. I know there's supercharger basemaps in the SManager program, but can't recall if there's turbo maps. You can get those from the Hondata forums, though.

Don't drive it on a basemap - you'll need to get it tuned, unless that ECU was matched to the kit, and your engine is configured per the kit manufacturer's assumptions (i.e., fully stock).

I haven't started tuning myself, but while optimal A/F ratios are achievable by yourself w/a wideband O2, you'll need a dyno to set the ignition tables.
