oil blow by, loss of compression, worst case is break a ring and tear up everything in it's path.
You'll need to bore it over and put in new pistons.

that looks pretty bad......rule of thumb is if you can feel/catch it with your finger nail then you should have it fixed. especially if it runs the whole length of the cylinder llike that.

hard to tell how deep it is by a picture, you would really have to measure it with an indicator and it would have to be set-up on a machine to do that. If the other cylinders are ok, cheapest route is sleeve that one cylinder and leave the others alone. I would bore or sleeve that cylinder and put in all new pistons and bearings.
dude, lemme tell you ive done some ghetto things in my day 'cus I was a poor college student. I feel like it teaches you a lot rather than some hearsay.
In my experience I did a build and just honed over it. It looked just like that. I probably wouldnt boost on it because the extreme differences in cylinder compression and minor oil consumption/leaning out.
I put 50k miles on that motor including several trips across half the country. Again, I wouldnt boost it but I ran it stock with oil consumption about 3/4 quart every oil change. That consumption is still within honda specs but the variances in compression sure isnt.
Good luck with what you choose.
One last thing. Now that I have money and time I would overbore it out at the machine shop. (if i was in your situation)
