Default cutting block webbing for downpipe.......

this is on my b18a. i'm not having an issue with the compressor side, but with my downpipe. there is a 1" x 1" nub that is pertruding to the left of where my a/c bracket used to be. can this be cut off? the first tube is already welded to my dp flange. this is a custom kit btw..
i search "block webbing" and everything was regarding the compressor hitting etc.

thanx.

well im glad you got it at least, lol

It may just appear to have moved, but now that you actually took some off the block, it may have allowed to turbo to move into a different direction.

make sure to deburr the edges where you cut so there are no stress risers.

I used a $20 angle grinder from Ace Hardware, and shaved the **** out of my ITR block so my manifold/turbo would fit.

Worked like a charm.

wow, ok? i literally took off the a/c 3 days ago. i'm sorry for not jumping right in there w/ the simple green. getting the turbo kit on is my main priority. i am planning on cleaning it though, thanx.

i need to get something with an angled head, cause all the grinders i have are straight, and don't fit any where. ace huh? i'll have to check it out.
thanx.
