Default CRV with a b16 head

Is this a hard thing to do? I wouldnt even really care if VTEC was working with the b16 head because I would be throwing my turbo on there anyways. But would it be smarter to builg a b20 bottom end, or build my b16 bottom end? I want to run about 12-15 lbs on the street, and I want it to be reliable. What, in your opinion should I do... Also, could I do just a straight across b20 turbo motor? Or would that not be able to rev high enough. Either way I just want it to be reliable. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry if this doesnt make sense, I got my wisdom teeth out today and cant think too straight at the moment.
