Copper sray gasket application

So do I spray this stuff on both sides of the oem honda tripple layer metal gasket?

2 or 3 coats right?

Correct, both sides, 2 or 3 coats till ya can't see the gasket.

do you need to even buy that stuff or can you just install the gasket without any type of spray

It will seal alot better. I have used copper spray on used headgaskets and it sealed.

copper seems to work best for some reason...I don't see why though

Yeah after having several HG probelms in the past, when I put it together this time I don't want any hickups. So a $5.00 can of insurance goes a long way.
