Converting 98 Prelude SH to obd1?

A freind of mine is wanting to boost his 98 Lude SH and tuning with uberdata, I dont know much about the ATTS system, is there anything specific that needs to be done, or can I just get a conversion harness and chipped ecu? And what chipped ecu is best?

if he converts, he'll lose atts. aem fic for obd2 cars looks promising.
