Default Code 72: Cyliner misfire...questions..

My friend has a newly F-Max turboed 97 5-speed 2.2 Cl (basically and Accord motor). He's been driving around for about two weeks without any problems. Today he got a check engine light. We pulled the code and as you can see by the title it was a code 72. It's an otherwise stock motor. He's only boosting 7lbs right now. I'm thinking that it's just the stock spark plugs that are causing it to misfire. Could it be something else? Or does he just have to upgrade to better plugs?
Thanks for the help.

tell him to check the #2 plug wire.. This has happened to me at the shittest of times. IE during a drag race. The wire will come loose from the cap and cause the misfire. It makes your car run like absolute ****. I thought I blew my motor the first time it happened. I would personally try using a differnt plug wire (borrowed) to see if that solves the problem if the first remedy doesnt work.
