Default Code 43 HELP!!!!

Ive searched around but all I really see is everyone telling people to change o2 sensors. Well i just put one in and it started doing it. I have a 1992vxhatch so it had a 5 wire o2 sen. but we changed it to a normal 4 wire. I just got my car running again after my turbo project but i dont knwo what it is. Everythign i really bought was new so i dont knwo what it is and i dont want to lean out!! HELP!!
Set up:
JDM B16A (obd1)
Greddy 18g turbo from 99 si
440cc injectors
Uberdata chipped p72
skunk2 intake manifold.
GSR fuel pump (roughly 90k+/- miles)

Thanks.

There are multiple causes to the effect.

I had code 43 intermittently, and it was the primary o2 sensor that caused it. It could also be caused by poor tuning that results in a rich, or lean condition - this scenario is more likely, since you have a brand new sensor (if you bought a new one that is..)

nah the o2 was one thing that wasnt new. I had a local shop do it for me since i had to go from a 5 wire to a 4 wire. and i really dont wanan drive it, if its possible to lean it out.

Aren't 5 wire 02 sensors wideband?

I had this problem before to...It could be a small vaccum leak as well as an 02 sensor...These are the main culprits from what I have expirenced..
