Clutch?

Default Clutch?

I want some opinions and facts on what clutch to run on a setup around 600whp street driven some times by far not daily driven.

When shopping for clutches use torque rather than HP figures. Also, if this car is going to see even moderate street use I would stay away from carbon clutches; they need to be warmed up before banging through gears and they need to stay warm otherwise they will slip.

If you have the money, a twinplate would be my first choice. I dont have any suggestions on brands or styles though, as i've never had to consider one on my personal setup.

^^^^ if you have the money twin disk is the way to go..... but those easily run more than a g. my local shop had a cc stage 5 on their 700whp bubble that ran 9s...

If you want it to last and do the job...just spend the money the first time on a twin disk. The CC twin disk is about $1200
