charger not boosting?

charger not boosting?

i just finished installing in my jrsc in my gsr but i am only getting 3 psi and am not getting boost till high rpm's. what do i do?

check belts, bypass vavle on charger,vacum hoses.

belts are good and tight, how do i check the bypass valve? also is it supposed to be whinning loud?

apply vacum then release it u should see the valve move...........i know they whinne but i couldnt tell u how is normal. R u sure it has oil?

yup the bypass is working, i bought the charger used so i would assume it has oil, when i watched inside the charger i did see oil on the blades.
