Re: CEL help (98Psi ITR)
Per the Helms manual:
1106= 13= Barometric pressure circuit. 1456=90= Evap. Emission controll system leak detected(fuel tank area) |
Re: CEL help (Arturbo)
I also have a CEL 90 but I can't figure out how to fix it.

Re: CEL help (HXMan)
is this a 98 type R?
1456 can be caused by loose gas cap, a leak in the tank, or contaminated 2way valve/ bypass valve/ tank pressure sensor. It depends on which setup your car has. Baro sensor is inside the ECU- could be a false code- I'm nit sure on how the ECU monitors this sensor. It may compare map to baro and if the baro is lower than map it might cause this. |
Re: CEL help (fixhondas)
yes its a 98 type R and I couldn't find them in the Chilton book.
thanks guys. |
Re: CEL help (Mikex25)
For my Cel 1456, one of the wires for the charcoal canister was cut off from the harness. Soldered that bad boy back, but the 1106 I don't know how to fix.
