do you have the wastegate hooked up correctly....if you have the vac line on the top port, you will have problems

The vacuum lines look ok, make sure the diaphram in the wastegate isn't torn. I used a wastegate line kit and the fitting tore my diaphram, I looked for a long time and finally tore it apart and found that. Also check and make sure the wastegate is sealed to the manifold. Just move your hand around the flange with the car running to see if you feel any air. I never run the wastegate gasket because I used to have problems with them blowing out.

i would put all my money on your wastegate. I bet its not holdin anything.

Try another one.. or open that sucker up.. nothing is inside that you can mess up.. opent he wastegate up..

Sounds to me the wastegate is stuck.. or you have a whole in your intercooler or something..

Does the boost gauge try to read boost 1 or 2 pounds?
