Can't get bumper to fit on properly

I can't get my bumper to fit on properly, i've been trying this for 2 days already and no luck. I also cut the bumper support so my intercooler can fit in there...also took out the grill out of my bumper

Any ideas?

I have a starion intercooler...

what car is this? i had tons of trouble getting mine in too, just had to cut the front grill and push like a crazy ****.

mine was tight too....theres something hitting that your just not seeing. just keep looking and then dremel away!

I cut quite a bit.

It doesnt show it but some of the black grill had to be cut quite a bit.

Its on a 92 integra GS...

Hopefully I can find whats hitting...

I've seen integras with thicker intercoolers then mine and they have no problems it seems, I just have to find my problem!
