CANT FIX THIS STUTTER!! TE 3 bar 450's. HELP
My car has this one spot and only this spot that sucks and will not adjust.
The car is an 88 crx si, a6 motor fully built stock sleeves. Running turboedit, dsm 450's, 3 bar and about 43 psi fuel pressure
At 1600-2500 rpm and -10 vacuum on the gauge the car just bucks. I can skip passed the point and the car runs fine, but if I try and cruise there the car pegs lean, 18:1 on the gauge but i cant hold it ehre cause the car bucks so I dunno what the actual y reading is
I really dunno why its asking for more fuel there as the number around it are significantly lower
Anyones guess?

i have that same problem on mine, except im on uberdata...but at 10 vac it does a slight buck a lil higher in the rpm range tho...like 2500 on up...my afr reads fine but it just bucks but i read on the uberdata site that its just a bug b/c everyone has that same problem...idk about turboedit tho
im running 3 bar with 750s on turbo edit and i have weird issues like that too...especially at idle...and when it gets hot...dunno maybe the 3 bar is buggy with turbo edit...everybody else seems to run the 2.5 bar
are you running closed loop i know mine would buck like that when i was running crome pro because i tuned it to 14s in open loop then when i put it to closed it acted up. I had to tune it to around 13s then enable closed loop.

EMS can stand for Engine Management System in a general term. [i.e. standalone, etc.]
I had a "similar" problem running N/A on Uberdata. I say similar because it was more of an electric bug than a mechanical problem. Sorry I can't be any help. Good luck!

What I meant was that the ONLY thing you changed was from TurboEdit to BRE?

I really dunno hwo to fix this
Hope you can help Chris</TD></TR></TABLE>
Go into the Properties and physically change the multiplier from 3 to 4 or 4 to 3 and see what happens...but only change one multiplier at a time.
The reason I say this is that SOMETIMES, TE seems to have issues with the Multipliers when you have they set to AUTO...I have seem the same bug and all I had to do was play with the multiplier in the section I was getting the jerk and it fixed it.

neither do I sir
I just believe its the -10 vac, maybe -12
Do I have to do it to this column specifically
I really am new to turboedit, tuned my own car, but played with ZERO options other than launch control

Yes, this is part of the learning/tuning process my DIY brotha...
Changed ONE column, save that file under a second name, burn the chip and go out and see what happens...trial and error, repeat as necessary with other columns. <TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by PINKS »</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">neither do I sir

Well expletive I dont evne know how to change the fuel multiplier numbers
On the top row I have 2 1's, 2 2'2, rest of the top row is 3's, entire bottom row is 4's
