can't clock turbo
I just got my T3 Super 60 turbo rebuilt and I need to re-clock my turbo so that the oil return points straight down.
Well, I've loosened all the bolt on the turbo and I can rotate the intake side of the turbo easily. But I need to be able to rotate the center housing in relation to the exhaust side of the turbo. Which I'm not able to because it won't budge!
Do I need to completely remove the 6 bolts on the exhaust side before I can clock the turbo?
Thanks!

update: I got it to turn! Shoved a wooden dowl in there, torqued it, and got it to move! Case closed!
Oh and for people who have this problem, the exhaust side doesn't spin nearly as freely as the intake side.
