Building gsr head?????
i want to get get new valve train for my gsr so i can take it higher and was wondering if i would be fine with buying itr valve train or some after market brand?? i heard with itr vavke train i can pretty much go as high as i want?? thanks for the help.... i have itr cams and am going to be boosting around ten maybe more in the future
I dont think you want to go with ITR valve train.
The ITR valve stems are thinner and lighter than B16 or B18c1.
Becouse of that Im pretty shure the valvesprings are a bit softer, reduced valve weight will give the springs more control to reduce chances of valvefloat, softer springs will also reduce wear to the rockerarms.
(sorry about the word spelling, Im from Norway)
With boost you usally want to go with stronger valves, and stiffer springs.
-Supertech or ferrea package would be my choice.
at laskey racing I believe S-T go for 525USD
