Some time between 10 and 11:30am some mother fu*kers stole my cherry Turbo Integra!!! and they stole it from my work no less!! We have security guards there and everything and they didn't see $hit!!

I'm so pissed I could kill somebody right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just spent $7100.00 on the engine and turbo work and I dont think my insurance is going to re-emburse me for it.

 

if you have security gaurds, im callin inside job. maybe a co worker

Thanks guys. No cameras. My car is the second this month to get stolen from my work, and I work in a posh part of town and our work is in a secluded area in the foothills. I'm thinking inside job as well.

Well, I wouldn't just rule out that it is a coincidence, but there's a really strong chance that it isn't.

For the sake of argument, what was the other car that was stolen? I'm hunting for a link between the two cars... if the other was a Camry, for example, I wouldn't say the thefts are related.

FYI, I own a pile of ****, but I've installed some countermeasures in the last month due to all these theft threads. It makes me sick to have to read this ****. I feel for anyone who's car has been stolen...

 

Reading threads like this has seriously made me so paranoid about someone stealing my turbo vehicle. I wake up a few times in the middle of the night, and i always go check on it. it's parked in a lighted area with a streetlight, and i have a neighbor who never sleeps that has enough ammunition to take out a small army.

Sorry to hear about your car, but i would definately suspect the security.. they are supposed to be watching for things like this, no?

damn, i just got finished posting in another theft thread...WTF . I just changed my profile and took out where i was from. Now i'm getting paranoid. I'm going to rip out my old alarm and find the mack daddy alarm. along with some other coutermeasures before i finish my turbo project. luckily for me though car theft isn't a big problem where i'm from.

UPDATE

INS Agents recovered my car 3 miles south of Tijuana. It was described as "surgically stripped" and my insurance company is considering it a total loss. Now I'm just waiting for a check so I can move on.

I'm sorry for your loss It's time to start taking your ECU out and a couple fuses out when you park your car. I know I am after reading and hearing about all the stolen turbo Hondas.

 

This theft crap pisses me off like nothing else...

I am seriously considering some kind of painful counter measure for my car. You want my car? You aren't going to drive it off, at least not unscathed.

Man, this **** is getting rediculous.

I have a question. I know many of the del sol guys are installing fuel cut-off switches on their cars so at the push of a button, the fuel is cut-off and the car wont start. I will hopefully be installing mine soon

Man...anyone who loves their car can honestly say they feel for you. My car was stolen 2 years ago. Luckily I got it back with minor damage. I still haven't found out who did it but to this day if I did........ All the hard work and dedication that goes into this just to be taken away by some no good bastard. I wish you the best of luck in whatever happens.

I think one of my first mods is going to be to wire the inside doorlock electric switchs to OFF, while the alarm is armed, to prevent people from putting a coat-hanger throught the weather stripping and unlocking the door.
