Default Blow By and White Smoke?

Started up the car for the first time this week. 84mm built bottom end stock head lsvtec.

TIMING: 16Degrees BTDC

Cylinder # Compression(psi) 6Cranks Leakdown @35psi
1 160 7% Oil Cap Hiss
2 150 10% Oil Cap/Exhaust Port Hiss
3 150 10% Oil Cap/Exhaust Port Hiss
4 145 15% Oil Cap/Exhaust Port Hiss

Yesterday i started the car up and let it idle for about 3 minutes. Pulled the dip stick and it hissed pretty hard, so i returned the stick. Turned the car off and pulled the dip stick again, hissed for a couple seconds and the hissing died down.
There is also a mild amount of white smoke coming from the exhaust at all times.

Also, something to consider, clyinder #4 was the one that the piston cracked in the gsr block that the head im using in the current build was matted to.

I did some research and figured that the hissing is most likely blow by caused from lack of crank case ventillation and that a crank case ventillation kit like Endyns will be needed to fix the problem.

Question 1 : How safe is it to drive the car untill the ventillation issue is solved?
Question 2: Is the white smoke coming from the exhaust most likely due to excess coolant and lack of bleeding the coolant lines properly?
Question 3: How is the compression and leakdown test results looking?

Thanks in advance for the help.
