Default which is a better engine and how much power will i get

i have a 97 civic ex coupe, i want to get a b20 w/ a b16a head. But some say the b18b with a b16a head is better. Which one should i get, and i do plan on putting a custom t3 turbo kit on it. How much power should i expect from them also
please tell me all the stuff i would need to get with the engine

Ok, my analysis tells me that you will have 396.2756 whp @ 268 lbs-ft of torque.

Do you want to know the winning lotto numbers while I'm at it?
