i used a dremel tool, but the plastic cuts very easily. you can use just about anything. the dremel did a great job though

4" cutting wheel is pretty easy to use and keep it straight. dremel works great too

Dremels or any high speed cutter will melt the urathane as you cut then heat will fuse them back together after the cut. I used a Utility knife but take use a sharpie to mark your line on the inside of the bumper then take your time in cutting. You can also use a small hand held saw with medium size to large teeth.

I busted out the 4" grinder and went at mine Globs everywhere, but there was no way I was cutting all the stuff with a knife or even snips... Follow up with a file and sandpaper and it's good to go

Air powered body saws are really nice too. like mini sawz-all's but air powered rather than electric. i used one to install some dog doors the other day....

like someone said, soon as you cut urethane itll melt and leave a mess. Just get some yard shears, or metal shears, they work great and give you lots of control over your cut.

sawzall with a STAINLESS STEEL cutting bit!!!

it's got metallic compound on the blade instead of TEETH! NOOOO chance of it hanging up and cracking the urethane bumper...
