Default B18C1 500whp Build... more parts and PICS galore!!!!

I have a 99 black si civic and I'm on a mission to make 500+ whp. I just bought a B18c1 block that I am having sent out for a cast iron sleeve job, i was thinking golden eagle for the sleeves, or a local shop will do a darton sleeve job for $1000. Any suggestions?
I have also bought:

Turbo set up, I have bought almost all of this brand new,

Full-race (copy) top mount manifold
Precision GT3582RLS
38mm Tial Wastegate
Greddy Type S BOV
Yonaka FMIC 9x22x3 (rated for 500+)
Presision 1000cc injectors
moroso 5 quart oil pan turbo tapped
Greddy 60mm boost gauge
Greddy oil sandwich
ITR oil cooler
Golden eagle head stud kit
Golden Eagle Intake manifold
Golden Eagle Triple cam seal
Golden Eagle Vaccum Manifold
Golden Eagle oil cap
S-Fab.com 3" Downpipe
Aeromotive FPR
Aeromotive Fuel Filter 10 micron
9 lb. xtd Flywheel
polyeurothane mounts
Skunk 2 OBD2 --> OBD1 jumper
P28 Chipped with Chrome ready to be tuned
STR scatter shield
(x2) Sparco 3" camlock 6pt harnesses
skunk2 extended wheel studs (x16)

B16A2 head with
full port and polish job done by Bill Dahm,
SI performance Titanium retainers
SI performance Dual valve springs (were test to coil bind @ 225 vs. stock 125)
also has Nitrate coated .5mm oversized Flattop valves that each weigh 2 grams lighter than stock valves.
all new valve seals.
ITR cams.

Any help would be nice, I am open to all ideas and would like other people's input
thanks pics will be up soon.

What about a bigger wastegate? Would a 38mm with that turbo be okay, as far as boost creep?

I have already bought the 38mm tail WG and my manifold is flanged for that so I don't know if I can go bigger. Also why use 1000cc RC's? and not 1000cc Precisions? I noticed it was hard to find cp pistons in 84mm most were 83mm or 81.5mm. any sites with good pricing? as far as to purchase the rods and pistons? thanks

Run 83mm CP's or Wiesco's

Incase something goes wrong somewhere along the line you have room for a rebuild

You can make plenty of power off of 83. A friend has almost 800whp on them

I would get precision injectors and wire a resistor box.... will save you money in the long run

Check with http://www.importbuilders.com also... great prices and grea guy to deal with... he can do everything for you

Damn man, thats a great deal for the sleeve job

I run precision injectors with injector driver, and have had good success. You cant go wrong with either one.

Run 83mm CP's or Wiesco's. For the manifold; make sure its an equal lenth. Also you could make 500hp on 3" exhaust.

save your money on the TB. it won't make that much of a difference for 350 bux. put that money towards a tune. the tune will be the most important part.

nothing wrong with precision injectors, I like them. Plus you could get away with 880cc injectors, but 1000cc will give you room to grow. But you will have to get a different injector driver for 1000's.........

You dont need an injector driver for 1000's. I'd definitly reccomend a twin disc.

I would Definitely go with a bigger WG. What are the specs on that turbo? A/R size?

So much $$ for 500whp....

I wouldn't go throw the trouble and expect nothing less than 600whp...

38mm gate is going to boost creep make sure have boost cut set. send it somewhere to get a 44mm(likely creep too), maybe just add another 38mm gate?

oh and never have a local shop do sleeves send it out to a reputable company.
