I just wanted to hear what everyone is running in their boosted hondas?I also would like to know what problems you have had in the past and how often do you have to replace parts due to them failing either on your dd or track car? Thanks Antonio
Stock D-series axles and Quaife LSD. I have no problems launching at the track on slicks from redline (7300rpms). I do have problems breaking axles coming out of taco bell parking lots though...
Stock axles and stock diff launching at 8000
broke one stock diff but ls cable transmissions are cheap
broke one stock axle shifting into 4th on radials ... still drove home on it haha

Cusco 1way LSD (bling), ZC halfshaft (eh bling), and liam821 equal length d-series axles (not so bling). To make the axles i used 90 integra axles ends (the part that goes into the tranny) with sohc passanger side (the short one) axles. Ghheettttooooooo but it works.

What kind of power are you guys putting down and are you guys daily driving these cars? I always see alot of posts about oem axles lasting awhile and on the other hand I also see people that constantly break aftermarket axles?

Stock axles will handle a lot of power if you preload. This is pulling the e-brake at the line and letting the clutch out until it engages enough to make your car squat a little bit. By doing this their is a lot less strain on your drivetrain when you let the clutch go all the way. Search around there are some good videos of Tony1 launching at the track and you can actually see his car squat a little bit.

Also, You should be slipping the clutch, not just dumping it. Instant power brakes axles. Ease into it with preloading as beerbong explained above..
