anyone using 10-60 oil ??

i was wodering if you guys in the US use 10-60 oil on your honda engines?

any chance it ruins the lost motion assemblies ?

No, but I've ran 15W-40 Mobile Delvac and Rotella T. Been running strong for the last couple seasons.
