anyone use a Jaz catch can here?
i got one on my car will post pics soon..!! its a nice peice and very compact. i purchased it from some sail rail dun buggy place for $30.
I've used that to build a catch can. Its small, but you do have a little lever on the bottom to empty it out every so often. The filter on top is covering a small hole so its hard to get baffling material in there.

I did a search on ebay last might and grabbed one for 25.00 brand new.
If you use it as is like the picture with the filter on top, then it can only be used as a "open loop" system. Since it doesn't have a baffle inside, it won't function well in a "close loop" setup without modification. Additionally, you can't use it as a close system with the filter on top, becasue it would be a huge vacuum leak. Btw, I've used the larger Jaz can with modification as a close system. However, I couldn't believe the plastic can itself was crushed by the vacuum build-up inside. The Moroso baffle can is a better way to go if you choose to go close loop, IMO...

Are they baffled on the inside?
