Anyone ever snap their belts when boosting?

Anyone ever snap their belts when boosting?
I was boosting on the highway at 12 lbs and snapped all the belts (except timing). A/C, Power Steering, Alternator. And yes, they were tensioned correctly.
This ever happen to anyone? I didn't use the Mitsubishi/Dealership belts, used some other generic name from Pepboys because the belts for the LS wouldn't fit on the CRV crank pulley.

MitsuBOSHI, not BISHI! Shame on you! Hondas don't use Mitsubishi parts, Chryslers do!

when I put the B20 in my car I ditched the crv crank pulley. anyhow, I did break an alternator belt once. dont know why, it just broke for no reason.

Mine only snap when I'm on the highway with my little kids.
Beat the crap out of them and they're happy. Get in a lonley spot with a 2 year old, adios belt.
