I'm trying to get some product info and can't seem to get in touch. They don't answer pm's, emails, phones calls, etc.

From their forms in the marketplace, it looks like people are waiting on products from them for a few months now. Its not lookin to good for JDL

 

its not looking too good for these ppl, i was just talking about this with 1 of their customer which is a friend of mines who has been waiting a few months for a product

 

so are they still selling stuff on here??

Jessie does awesome work.. the down fall is it takes him a while to make manifolds. i hope he gets all this worked out cause we have bought 6 manifolds from him for evo's 2jz's k and b series motors. we love his work but he vanishes for weeeks and it suck's for the customer.

 

I just received my intercooler last week that Jessie made for me. I gave him plenty of time to get it done seeing as it was a new design that he's been putting together and the quality is superb. From talking to him in the past sounds like he is very busy with traveling for business.

Very good guy, I wouldn't rush a quality custom product.

 

I totally agree with you but It would be nice on a "customer service" standpoint to get a hold of the merchant when needed.

 

Yes I completely understand seeing as I work with customer service everyday. It's unfortunate he is hard to get in touch with. I hope you are able to get a hold of him.

 

its probably that it seems like there prices are very competitive compared to full-race,spoolingper,synapse ect.. they might have a lot of back up just a guess.
some of the prices on manifolds are a few hundred under what others want and the quality looks to be just as good.

 

Sorry guys our net has been down at the shop for a little over 3 weeks now as well as moving shops. Just got a new modem and its back up running. i forgot to put in my post that jessies did tell me you guys had to move shop already. i got my k series manifold on the car and the rest of the turbo kit is almost finished. ill post pics in your for sale threads.. we lover your work at the shop. hands down some of the best work ever

Anyone have a way of getting in touch with him?

I spoke with him on Saturday and he said he will try and ship everything on Monday. Been trying to get in touch just to find out if he did send it and if he didnt why this is going to slip for the 4th time.

 

Jesse's a great guy, been dealing with him for over five years. He's super busy...and just focusing on getting products out the door. His phone is in pieces...if you need me to relay a message..shoot me a PM/e-mail.
