Ive got a JRSC on my 97 EX at 6-7 psi...stock internals basic bolt-ons,VAFC hooked up but,fuel curve adjustments aren't working??...only thing though is it hasn't seen the road in almost 2yrs!!!...cause it won't pass emissions!!!...I've done rediness drives...cleared ECU many times..and it still says the EVAP-CAT-O2 are in "Not Ready"mode...anyone have this problem??is there any ideas here...I'm in Atlanta where they just plug it in on OBD11 and turn the ignition on...
