Default another turbo related problem

as you all know its been a headache since i went FI, i use to get little white smoke here and there and now my car will smoke anyone. i mean its puffing white smoke even @idle, and it smells funky too. i havent driven it around at all, im trying to fix this ****.

heres a list of what could be wrong

a. valve seals
b. piston rings
c. head gasket
d. B&C

what do you guys think? should i go for a thicker gasket or just get an OEM one.
how can i tell if its the rings or valve seals?
