could i use obd1 ems with a jumper harness on a obd2 car?

yes you can, but y would u convert to obd1 if there is aem ems for obd2?

I'll be running my obd1 ems on my obd2 civic. The reason I'm running the obd1 is because it is from my previous set-up that was inside of my prelude.

So yes... it will work with a conversion harness.
