94 b18b block with 97 b18b head?

What do I need to make this work cause 94 block is obd 1 and the head is obd 2? I turbo'd my 97 ls and now the compression reads 60,180,70,80 ...time for another block

just transfer all you parts from the 97 to the 94 block. Everything is plug-and-play.
