92-95 hatch, turbo & a/c?
well some of you might remember me from a week ago, just got the rex running with the turbo last sunday. this sunday got hit head on and totaled.
so i think i am going to buy a 5g hatch, put my z6 w/P28 and the greddy turbo kit in one. looking for a dx so there is no tach in dash. how hard is it to have the A/C compressor and lines on the z6 block with a greddy turbo kit on it? thanks for any help...

with a greddy kit i don't think there will be any problems maintaining ac.
why not look into a dohc tho? b16's can go for pennies nowadays.
edit: woops, didn't see that you were just using the old motor, sorry!

yea tring to use as much as possable from the rex. and i am one of those d-serise peeps. i went with the z6 in my rex, friend of mine went with a b16 in his. we built em together for the last 2 years. and before the turbo, him having a lot more mods done to his than i did to mine, he couldn't beat me enough to make it worth it. maybe a car and a half from 0-90...and i spun through 1st and 2nd with steelies on, that is when he pulled most of that? maybe his b16 isn't as strong as it should be and i have a bad example motor to go by. but i like my z6... plus its free as off now!!!!!!
