Default 550cc injector fitment prob

Same problem I had. The RC rubber rings were too big and the injector wouldn't fit in the fuel rail.

All I did was take the RC injector ring off and put on a pencil. Got some sandpaper and sanded it down to the size of the OEM injector ring.

Worked like a charm!

Stick the injectors in the hole as far as they will go. Then put on the fuel rail. Then slowly and evenly bolt down the fuel rail. It is necessary to do it slowly and evenly. You can also take off some of the excess material but I've always had success just doing the slowly and evenly method.

bolting them down slowly worked for me a couple times, i find that lubing the rings with petroleum jelly helps alot and it leaks/evaporates away after a few heat cycles.

Be careful not to overtighten and snap the studs.
