did u do the thermal whole cat-back or just muffler cause all i need is the muffler!

 

i made the turbo back and added the muffler.

and u got the muffler from full race i went on there sight and couldnt find just a muffler?

 

magnaflow. 60 shipped and with no cat or resonator it sounds awesome

 

were do u guy put the magna flows under the car or at the bumper!

 

I bought a cheap 3" muffler off ebay and it actually sound really good. But i made a custom exhaust for my 90 lude

where ever the stock location is

Really the hks carbon Ti with 75mm piping is not 3" all the way through? Did you take it apart/how do you know?

 

If you just look through it, the inside is about 1/2 inch smaller in diameter. So the part that baffles the sound is a little smaller, not sure by how much though. Plus, my friend can stick his whole hand through the inlet and outlet of the RS-R, but not the HKS. Yep, that's ghetto measurement for ya. haha

Unfortunatly this is incorrect.

The HKS carbon Ti for honda/acura applications uses a 2.5" pipe. The tip may be bigger than 2.5" for sure, but it doesn't have 3" piping.

All the subaru, evo and most turbo apps have 3", so its possible your friend had an application like that thus why you think the sizing is bigger.

RSR also has 2.5" piping, not 3"..

 

I was asking about the universal 170mm HKS carbon Ti muffler with 75mm piping.

 

just get a dynomax bullet, like $30 from jeg's or summit

really? sounds like a wrx too me, it's perfect imo.

 

i run the kteller 3" with magnaflow SS muffler and hiflow cat.

Its ounds good dont get me wrong- but dayum it is loud. Yes it soudsn just like a wrx with an exhuast. Cept i run the gsr tranny, and 5th gear with that exhuast and that tranny = hell.
