3" exhaust suggestions.
I have ordered a turbo kit (Greddy) and am wondering if I need to upgrade to a 3" exhaust? I have a 2.25 right now with a Thermal axle-back.
If I do need the 3" exhaust, what exhaust would you suggest?
I'd like something quite, throaty, and non-eye catching. I know any N1 style will be loud. I was thinking of the following:
Magnaflow: which model?
Apexi: WS...does it come in 3". Would it still work?
RsR Ex Mag: are there any 3" Rsr exhausts? Will the ExMag work even if its not 3"?
Just not sure if I need the bigger exhaust, and if so, what would be a nice, quiet, throaty, cat-back?
Thanks!
Spike
BTW, my axle back Thermal Classic will be up for sale if I get a 3"!

If you have a hatch, accordingly done makes 3" piping real cheap and along with a 75$ es oval knockoff. It will sound nice look stock and make power...cheap.
If youre planning on keeping the boost low i would say go with the 2.5 inch...itll give good power gains and it wont beso damn loud. Besides...you have alot of options with a 2.5 inch.

Its for a 95 Civic coupe. So, if I keep the psi under 10psi, then 2.5 should be fine? I plan on building the motor this winter, and hopfully being able to run up to 16psi next spring.
Guess I'll just keep what I got, and when I up the boost, I'll get a 3" setup.
