Default Using old tune on new build

Okay. So, let me start off by saying I completely understand That every engine is different and should have its own tune and I will definitely be doing that.

Last year I had a turbo sohc vtec f22b1 in an accord. Ebay .57 turbo, rdx injectors, aem wideband and running on a p28 w/Cobra RTP emulator. Was remote tuned on 10 psi. I currently have a Del sol with a d16y8. I'm running the same turbo, injectors, wideband and P28 ecu but with the Snake emulator rather than a Cobra. The tuner of the old set up started with a Z6/Y8 base map because we couldn't find the f22b1 map for some reason. So here is my question. Can I load up my old tune to my new set up just to do some shake down running? Just to track down querks ,boost leaks, clutch strength ect....
I just want to minimize any issues when i pay for the custom tuning session.

Those motors will flow air very differently so i would say no, too far off.

The base doesn't make it any more or less compatible, they were simply the starting numbers, which is all different now for the f22.
