Default Using crome to change 450cc to 880cc

So I'm going to be getting a tune at profunction soon, and I have my 450s in now, they said it would be around $20 to swap the injectors, and im not trying to give them a bill to just unbolt the fuel rail and pop em in. I can use that 20 for something else

My buddy has a chip burner and crome, how do we change the tune I got from using the 450s to using 880s? is it as simple as just change the injector size option? and that auto changes everything? please let me know. Thanks

you need to retune the entire fuel maps. And $20 bucks to swap out the injectors is dirt cheap.

thanks for the response. yeah its cheap, but if I could just have a bud do it for free it would be CHEAPER. but I'll just have profunction do it since I dont want to mess with the tune

Drive to the dyno, swap the injectors in the parking lot your self, save $20 and buy a happy meal.

Can't do that, because he might have a buddy that works there and can get that happy meal for FREE too. Better yet, best to just get something from the $0.99 menu.

why cant you change them at home... is the car currently tuned on the 450s and you are upgrading to the 880s and just tweaking the tune for the new injectors, thus not being able to drive it???

your reply confused me a bit but my tune is on 450s now and if i just pop 880s in its gonna run like shiii. i was just seeing if i can just put 880 under injector size in crome but I was told I cannot. and I'm not going to drive almost 2 hrs while im spitting fuel like no other. ill just have them do it
