Default upstream and downstream O2 sensor same?

I look at online stores they sell upstream denso sensor for 41 bucks
downstream denso for 120 bucks

I go on denso page and it lists same part number for universal sensor
and different part numbers for upstream/downstream

which means the sensor unit is identical just different harness which is not worth extra 60 bucks in my opinion

anyone has bot upstream and downstream NTK sensors? I'm curious to see the actual sensor part number that it etched on the sensor body

the denso sensors I currently have in my car are identical lazer etched unit number one is for integra other came from civic

Down stream O2...... what are those.... LOL!

From what I remember it all comes down to "Direct Fit" or "Universal Fit" It's all in the type of connection and length of the wire harness. The sensors themselves are 100% identical. Denso uses the same part number for it's "Universal fit" sensors, Downstream or Upstream.
