does anyone know if hondata can run 8 injectors? or am i going to have to switch over to AEM EMS?

 

If you have 8 decent high impedance (saturated) injectors, yes, you can do it a few different ways.. You can run all 8 in parallel, or run all 8 in parallel with the power for the second set off of a decent relay set up to turn on with vtec via an aux output from the ecu.. I have done it both ways on more than a few cars now (using the 1000cc Injector Dynamics injectors), with no problems..

 

currently im running 4 PTE 1600cc peak n hold injectors. is there a set up i can run another set of peak n holds like the saturated injectors?

 

I would suggest running 8 of the high impedance injector dynamics 1000cc injectors.

 

You could probably do it using an FJO or AEM injector driver box, but the 1600cc injectors are such pieces of ****, that it makes sense to just get rid of them altogether.. To be honest, I haven't been impressed with any injector sold by Precision, they seem to use the cheapest crap they can get, and don't bother matching them at all..
