Default OBD0 tuning ?'s

I may b getting a 91 EF hatch with a untuned LSvtec. What needs to b done so I can have it tuned? Do I just get a OBDO-OBD1 conversion harness with a chipped P28? Also do I have to get a OBD1 distributor if I get the conversion harness? What other options do I have?

Its a real good idea to get the jumper to an obd1 ecu. you dont have to get a p28, you can get just about any obd1 ecu if its chipped properly.
If your in the market to buy an ecu, i can sell you a fully setup ecu with a LSV basemap
all the goodies like the ZIF and an SST reflashable chip. even a USB datalog cable if you want one, all for 100$
Im selling them so cheap because currently i have SO many and need some extra funds for my project. let me know if i can be of any help.
Im only planning on selling 5 for so cheap. fist come first serve

Is there a way to tune OBD0 without converting to OBD1, because I see u have to run a 4 wire O2 sensor,OBD1 dizzy, OBD1 injectors, those 3 alone are a lil pricey when the car already has those(OBD0). U cant chip a OBD0 ecu?
