Default fuel management/correction issues

Alright here's the deal, I was running 100% duty cycle on 14lbs of boost on 550cc injectors, replaced my injectors with 1000cc's and replaced my stock fuel rail to an AEM, I already have a walbro 255lph pump and AEM FPR.....Anyway after installed my new 1000cc injectors I had to increase my fuel tables by almost 200% percent and now its 100% duty cycle on 17lbs of boost...Does anybody have any idea as to what would cause this because no way is it normal. Any clues to what I can look at would be greatly appreciated.

Did you double check the fuel pressure to make sure it was the same before and after the injectors/rail change?

What EMS?? Crome for sure (and i have heard of issues with others) does not display duty cycle accurately. Are you leaning out on the top end, or just going by what the computer tells you?? Also, as mentioned, check FPR and make sure it is working correctly.
